Last Saturday, the Randall Stage Band played at the Newsome Relay for Life. It was such a windy day. But fun. They sounded good. I'm so sad to think that Tiff will be out of Middle school in 2 months. Here is a photo of her and one of her BFF after they played.
Sunday after church we decided to go out to lunch. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings. We were the only people in there. You can really see how the economy is hurting restaurants lately. While we were eating, the balloon guy came over. He made the girls a balloon animal. Abby chose a turtle, Jadyn chose a tiger (big surprise) and Tiff chose a penguin. Monday night was a treat for me. I went out with a group of friends from my church. We got together and had a surprise baby shower/going away dinner for a friend. We had the best time. We went to a Greek Restaurant and laughed so hard. Our waiter was great. He kept coming up with baby shower games for us to play. So much fun! I'm so glad I was able to go out and enjoy myself with friends. Here is a photo from that night.
And finally for today. The girls had their Easter Egg Hunt at school. We were able to go and take photos. Jadyn's class went first. She had so much fun. After they found their eggs, they were able to hide eggs for the next class, which happened to be Abby's class. When Abby's class came out, we told her Jadyn hid some eggs for her. She loved it. I was so thankful that their classes did it back to back. That way we did not have to go back to the school. :-) Here is a slideshow of the morning. Tons of fun!
Spring break starts tomorrow after school. Not sure what we've got planned. Probably a lot of swimming in the pool.
